Jon has been working as a professional Photographer for over 6 years and he has been running a professional studio for over 5 years. Jon always works hard to make sure each and every customer is pleased with his work, and because of this his studio has been busy and has continued to grow. Jon's clients include: Oregon Business Magazine, Eugene Magazine, several legal and financial institutions in the Eugene area, the Relief Nursery, numerous local artists, Coconut Bliss, Joey Harrington Foundation, NextStep Recycling, Versalogic, Garage Games, Emergency Veterinary Hospital, Capelli Miles Spring, Kemp Design and KapArt. He has represented many different clients including several Universities including Iowa State University, Oregon State, and Cal State Fullerton. Jon has continued to live in Oregon for the wide variety of outdoor activities available. Logan Bowden Logan Bowden wears a few different hats. He serves as Jon's assistant on large commercial shoots or as his assistant and second photographer on wedding assignments. Logan attended photography school in Boston. Chaz & Maggie If only they could answer the phone, run a computer, and tidy up the studio! Chaz is a long haired Daschund and Maggie is a English Black Lab. They come to work most days with Jon, keep the studio laid back and remind us that a dogs life is a good life. .................................................................................................................................................... The Gear In this digital age updating equipment is key. Jon shoots with the highest quality Nikon Cameras and Lenses. He is also still an avid film shooter for his personal work or when an assignment needs a different look. A small pack of Macintosh computers keep the assignments flowing and safe once they are photographed. For output Jon uses Epson Printers and Inks. His largest printer prints up to 44 inches wide. He does take on custom print jobs for other photographers from time to time. ....................................................................................................................................................
The Studio Jon's studio Is located in west Eugene almost on the corner of 2nd and Cleveland streets. With its large bay door and tall ceilings, the options are almost endless. It has a full kitchen for food photography, a large 20x20 cove wall and is very dog friendly.
